Mal Lee Set For Another Successful Season

Westbury’s Malcolm Lee is all set for another Sprintcar season, Lee has purchased a 2007 J & J Chassis (ex Luch Monty ) Which should give him a better set-up when the track goes slick. Lee has also upgraded his motor program with the T50 now fitted with a Donovan 410. The New motor should produce another 100hp which Lee is hoping will get him to the front on a more regular basis.

 

At the end of last season the former mini sprint state champion was was able to produce his best result with a win in Hobart over state Champion Jason Dawkins and hard charging Launceston driver Kurt Luttrell.

All in all the 2007/2008 season was pretty good with Lee finishing 3rd in the Sprintcars Tasmania Points Score, another A-Main start at the World Series Sprintcars round in Hobart , together with a great 3^rd at the time honored South Pacific Sprintcar Classic at Carrick , Lee backed up his Hobart win with another 3^rd a week later at the final meeting of the year at Carrick.
